everything was very good except the check-in process

room size. cleanliness. good restaurant downstairs. close to transportation.

automatic check-in annoying. too many questions (nationality, birthday, address, passport number - seriously?). interface very clumsy, hard to choose nationality, for example

Great place to stay for a business trip!

Clean and comfy with restaurant right next door. You have to check in yourself but it’s super easy to do with the pin provided to you in an email. Really close to the train station, so easy to go into Bad Vilbel or Frankfurt City Center.

I think the bed could be a lot more comfy. And there is only a microwave for cooking.

Nowhere open in the evening except a pizzeria. No staff, and after my 3rd stay the computer terminal still doesn't remember where i live

Im Prinzip war alles gut.

Die Größe des Zimmers war toll. Einen Parkplatz zu finden, war einigermaßen okay. Das Einchecken ohne Personal war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber problemlos.

Handtuchhalter im Bad wären wünschenswert.

bien mais facturation archi nul. et pas assez de renseignements pour pouvoir manger ou déjeuner

Pas de petit déjeuner, et surtout personne pour vous donner des indication ou quoi quand comment. Il y a un restaurant Italien juste à côté de l'hôtel qui n'est pas mauvais. Mais attention à l'addition vérifié là parce que le patron essaie de vous la faire à l'envers.

Alors ce que je n'ai toujours pas c'est les factures individuels pour chacun et j'ai redemandé 8 fois a TH38 "Jacqueline schnelle" mais pas possible de recevoir les factures. je dois dire que je suis très mécontent de ce service.

Netter Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr nettes Hotel mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und viel Platz. Kleine Küchennische im Zimmer

Inlay Bett war leider sehr schmutzig. Bettwäsche half nur bedingt. Bitte dringend durchwaschen. Deko Decke leider auch mit Flecken beschmutzt.
