Everything is perfect : location close to Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, very quiet, excellent sunny pool, kitchen is vast and well equipped (just missing an espresso machine…), air conditioning in every room, bathrooms are modern and very functional, absolutely nothing to complain about. Ideal for a week or two.

I liked the size of the property. It was spacious with three very attractive bathrooms. Showers were good size with strong and sufficient hot water for three people. The outdoor area is very manicured and large. The pool is large and on the cool side but still very tolerable especially on the raft. Roberto is available and kind. Felt secure in the walled and gated property. It was convenient to go to Cisternino and Ostuni quickly as it is centered between. Beds comfortable. Firm with some giive

The gravel road leading to house but this was less than five minutes. Mostly one lane but it was a two way road. Never met a car however. Shower drain did not work in one bathroom but that was taken care of quickly. Kitchen was excellent but I did not like cooktop. Make sure to ask how to use if you are not familiar with

Beautiful villa in rural setting with a fantastic pool. Delicious fresh fruit and herbs from the gardens. Close to both Ostuni and Cisterino.
