About this house rental

The newly modernized bungalow has a size of approx. 28m² and is equipped with 1 bedroom, a living and dining area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower / toilet, satellite TV. In front of the bungalow, which sleeps 2 to max. Designed for 4 people, there is a terrace with a grill and fireplace. The bungalow is located on 500 square meters of fenced garden land. Children can run around but cannot run away.

This is a non-smoking bungalow and pets are not allowed.

The main beach of 18211 Nienhagen is about 7 minutes on foot.

Upon agreement, a tent in the garden is possible per person per night an additional 10 €.

Electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
Baby cot and high chair can be rented from us.
35 € will be charged for final cleaning.

Bicycles can be rented separately from us on request.

Lage, Garten und Umgebung sind schön und wir haben den Urlaub aktiv gestaltet und sehr genossen. Auch die eine Woche WLAN-Fasten hat gut getan.

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand und zum Spielplatz sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Die Abwicklung ist super. Auf Fragen wird sehr schnell reagiert.

Sehr schön hergerichteter kleiner Bungalow, geschmackvolle und gepflegte Innenausstattung und eine großzügige Sonnenterrasse, auf der man sich zwar ohne Meer- aber wunderbarem Grünblick super erholen kann. Übergabe funktionierte reibungslos, auch die direkt beim Vermieter ausleihbaren Fahrräder waren bei unseren lokalen Kurz-Touren sehr dienlich. Wir können das Anwesen wärmstens weiterempfehlen - Ulrich Wiegel, Berlin

Prima kleiner Bungalow. Für Eltern mit Kleinkind eher ungeeignet falls ein Kinderbettchen gestellt werden soll, da das Schlafräumchen wirklich sehr klein ist und somit keine Stellmöglichkeit gegeben ist. Wenn der Außenbereich vielleicht noch ein wenig schöner gestaltet wäre, dann hätten wir es noch schöner gefunden..., ansonsten hat man dort wirklich seine Ruhe, zum Strand ist es auch ein Katzensprung, ebenso in Kürze sind größere Orte erreichbar. Kurzum...ein gelungener Urlaub!!

Klein aber fein. Das man die Betten nur vom Fußende besteigen kann ist ungewöhnlich aber für uns als ehemalige Segler kein Problem gewesen. Wünschenswert währe eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit der Fenster und eine Sonnenmarkiese vor dem großen Fenster. Es hat uns gefallen.

Der kleine Bungalow ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ideal, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Fuß und per Rad nach Warnemünde/Rostock, Heilgendamm, Kühlungsbor und Bad Doberan. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Die Anfahrt- Beschreibung wäre besser,: von der Doberaner Str. an der Fußgängerampel Links einbiegen und ca. 200 m links in den am Waldrand, nach 50 bis 75 m links in den "Sandweg" vor Nr. 4. Auf der linken Seite Nr.: 6a. Der Bungalow war soweit okay, nur dass das Bett leider nur vom Fußende zu beziehen und besteigen ist. Die Parkmöglichkeit sehr beengt, müsste man etwas mehr Busch entfernen, da ich angeblich etwas weit in den Weg stand haben sich die Nachbarn von gegenüber beschwert, worauf hin ich dann rückwärts bis in die Büsche fuhr, damit der Weg "ganz frei war.

Unser Urlaub ist nun leider vorbei und wir möchten uns nochmals für den tollen Service und die wunderbare Unterkunft recht herzlich bedanken. Der Bungalow und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und da macht Urlaub richtig Spass! Wir können nur sagen Daumen hoch!! Sehr empfehlenswert!! Wir kommen gerne wieder :D

In diesem Bungalow fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben.Der Bunalow war sauber und gut eingerichtet.Ein besonderes Merkmal was uns persöhnlich gut gefallen hat ist das der Bungalow auf einem sehr großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück steht wo man abends wiklich seine Ruhe hat und in dem gut bewachsenen Garten wirkliche erholung findet.Wir würden den Bungalow auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
