Newly renovated, new kitchen and bath. Driftwood is an association of 15 cottages and was formerly known and loved as Ocean View Park Campground and Cottages.
Unobstructed panoramic ocean views from every room of the cottage. Beachfront to renowned Popham Beach await at you at this charming and recently renovated two bedroom, fully furnished cottage in the new Driftwood neighborhood. Please note this cottage is in a condo association with shared access. Situated only steps from Popham's seven mile white sandy beach, the renovated cottage enjoys spectacular southeasterly views of Seguin and Pond Island lighthouses. Boating, fishing and other recreational and cultural opportunities at nearby towns of Bath and Brunswick.

All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association. No guests are allowed beyond the limit of six people. This limit includes day guests on the beach. The home only has one parking space. We do have access to a second parking space but it is limited availability so inquire if needed.
Please note. Due to recent erosion sometimes there is little beach at high tide so you need to plan your day accordingly.

Perfect beach cabin for a relaxing long fall weekend. Very short walk (less than 1 minute) over the dune to the beautiful beach. Need to take stairs/ramp down to the beach, not accessible at peak high tide, but this isn't a problem. Long beatiful beach, perfect for walking the dog, or a run to Fort Baldwin. Downtown Bath is about 25 minutes away, lots of shops, grocery, coffee, etc. Perfect space for our Bernese Mountain Dog - we even joined the annual Berner's in Bath gathering! Cabin was a bit chilly in October, as expected, but the gas heater removed the chill. Sunrise from the bedroom window is a must see!! Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen were well equiped and very clean - a bit of sand near the front door in unavoidable. Wonderful stay, thank you to our hosts!

The cottage location was beautiful, we had a wonderful time on the beach. The cottage could have been a little more clean than it was, but after letting the property owner know she addressed those issues.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed! Its located right on the beach so we took tons of walks and enjoyed the beautiful view. Its quiet and feels very private but also close enough to the town of Bath in case you need anything. We were here in early April so the nights could still get cold but the cottage stayed warm and cozy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
