Warm welcome in a beautiful environment.

The owners of the accommodation are very nice people. They make sure your stay is as good as it can possibly get. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful. We visit different parts of Austria every year and this was definitely one of the top destinations.

Excellent place and helpful hosts

Despite us arriving quite late, the hosts were waiting for us and handed over the keys and explained everything. Both hosts (Rosi and Brad) were so welcoming and very helpful. There was a herb garden, that we could use, and tools, games and bike in the garage. We discussed our plans for our 4 nights and they made an excellent suggestion to swap around Alpine Coaster with Rosengartenschlucht Walk as the walk's finish is by the Alpine Coaster. So we parked near the Rosengartenschlucht, walked up to the Alpine Coaster, had an excellent time there and then took a bus back to Imst. Overall, we loved our time there, the views are breathtaking and there is a nice waterfall (Klockelebach Wasserfall) just 20 minute walk from the Haus Frank.

Lovely place run by lovely people.

very close to the lift station - just few minutes by car, 1.5 km from decent grocery store, walking distance to waterfall (in summer there is also small natural water park)

Exceptional

Nice and calm location with friendly owners. It is ~9 km from Pitztal Express (5 min by car) and there is also ski bus stop. For skiers and family the place is great. There is nothing I can complain about.

Superb

Loved the location. The apartment had everything we needed and was really comfortable . Brad and Rosie were very friendly and always on hand if needed .

Not a lot not to like . A hot tub would he a nice addition . However , the property and the location are as close to perfect as you can get .

Charmant en authentiek verblijf met alle nodige luxe

We hadden een ruim appartement voor ons drie met zelfs 2 douche kamers. Het panorama over de bergen was subliem. De bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts.

Een klein euvel, maar vonden we niet zo leuk. Was het automatisch opspringen van het het felle licht van de hall. Bij het openen van een van de kamerdeuren of douche deuren.

Skvělé místo pro lyžování na ledovci.

Ubytování bylo výtečné. Velmi milí a pozorní majitelé. Všude velmi čisto a uklizeno. Přijemně vytápěné ubytovací prostory. Prostorné parkování před domem. Pracovní stůl umožňující údržbu a mazání lyží. Instalované odpadní nádoby před domem umožňují pečlivou recyklaci. Ve vstupní hale dostatek informačních materiálů o údolí, ledovci a možných aktivitách.

Przemili, sympatyczni własciciele, przywitali nas bardzo serdecznie, slużyli radą i pomocą na każde pytanie. Przepiękna okolica, jesteśmy pod wrażeniem gór. Niezależnie od pogody widoki zapierają dech w piersi.

Готель як у дома. Неймовірно привітні хазяйва. Величезні апартаменти з 3-ма кімнатами, кухнею, додатковою суспільною гостьовою кімнатою, кімнатою для сушки лижного обладнання, балконом з видом на найкрасивішу гору, водоспад і долину. Доволі тихо після 22:00, лише трохи чутно рідкісні автівки на трасі. Зручна парковка біля готелю. До підйомника 10 хв на машині. Доставка смачних свіжих булочок кожен ранок.

Насправді, такий високий рейтинг не відповідає цьому готелю через старий ремонт. В перший вечір було трохи прохолодно, на другий день апартаменти прогрілись. Не завадило б лишити трохи кави, хоча б на перший ранок. Не було шампуню, в перший вечір довелось митися рідким милом.
