The large, light-filled living room, thanks to its expansive windows, opens onto a west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the evenings. A fireplace provides a warm atmosphere during off-season stays, while the spacious and fully equipped separate kitchen makes preparing meals with family and friends a breeze. Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180 cm), as well as an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet. An additional sleeping area accommodates a fifth person with a single bed (90 cm) and its own shower room. A patio, an interior courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, a garage, Wi-Fi access, baby equipment, and numerous other amenities complete this property designed for a relaxing holiday. Electric heating is provided in winter (meter readings are taken). The shared swimming pool is reserved exclusively for the occupants (no guests) of the two gîtes (3202) and the owners from June to the end of September, weather permitting. Nestled between vineyards, charming villages, and rolling landscapes, La Maison du Vigneron offers an ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Loire Valley.
