Fully Equipped House - would be good for a long stay

I liked that the owner sent me the details and howvto get into the house early in the day so all waa easy. Fully equipped kitchen where you could cook for a large family. Nice living room where we laid back and watched some Spanish TV before retiring to a nice comfortable bed. The house had a nice feel to.it and just a short walk into the centre - it's a very small town but extremely pretty. Had a good shower in the morning and no shortage of hot water. It's a lovely place set just off a corner but you won't hear a soul there.

Nice house with all you need, not easy to find

Very nice house next to the church in a beautiful town! It was all very clean and the kitchen had everything you need, I loved that! I really liked that I could eat outside on the little patio.

The staff wasn’t very helpful unfortunately. I had a real hard time finding the place since it wasn’t where you expect it to be according to google. When I pointed it out I just received the address another time. Luckily a super sweet lady from the shop nearby escorted me to the house.

Maribel was really friendly. She had the key to the apartment. And she put on the fire for me. Very nice and warm. Very clean. Nice shower.

Poor

Very old accommodation, with dates and not very furniture - some of the bedding was torn. Flimsy and squeaky beds. Little heating in winter. The electric fuse kept tripping while using the small electric heater. Not at all good value for money - recommend booking at nearby villages. A lady came to give us keys and show us around the house but it was VERY hard (impossible) to communicate with her because of language and it took us a long time to fill out the Spanish forms she had brought us to fill in.

Todo era según lo esperado. Sólo pasamos una noche mi familia y yo y todo fue bien. Hay una chimenea que nos las dejaron preparada para encender y más leña para pasar la noche. La comunicación con el propietario muy bien y pendiente de todo. La recomendaría y/o repetiré si voy por la zona.

Nie mogliśmy znaleźć obiektu, ponieważ właściciel nie podał numeru budynku. Zadzwoniłam do niego i nagle się rozłączył. Zadzwoniłam drugi raz i ewidentnie był na jakiejś imprezie [głosy w tle]. Przez chwilę szukał kogoś kto porozmawia ze mną po angielsku. Dodam, że aby się dowiedzieć o numer budynku [23] musiałam zadzwonić z mojego polskiego numeru na jego hiszpański numer, co generuje dla mnie dodatkowe koszty. Właściciel przez telefon podał numer budynku i powiedział, że za 5 minut przyjdzie tam manager, który nas wpuści. Gdy dotarliśmy pod wskazaną lokalizację żadnego managera nie było. Musiałam kolejny raz zadzwonić do właściciela = kolejny koszt dla mnie. Okazało się, że klucze zostawiono nam na parapecie. Po wejściu do domku okazało się, że jest wykonany z kamienia bez izolacji. W związku z tym w domu było 10 stopni i spaliśmy pod 5 kocami. Dodatkowo właściciel wysłał mi zdjęcie nazwy sieci wi-fi i hasło do niej, ale była to błędna informacja, ponieważ mój telefon takiej nazwy sieci wi-fi NIE wyszukiwał. W związku z tym nie mieliśmy internetu. Gdy napisałam o tym właścicielowi, że wifi mi nie działa, bo telefon znajduje inne sieci, a nie tę którą wskazał właściciel to on przestał się odzywać / odpisywać. Poprosiłam o wystawienie faktury to właściciel mi powiedział, że Booking ma mi ją wystawić :D Podsumowując, było nam zimno, bo nikt nie nagrzał w domku przed naszym przyjazdem, poniosłam dodatkowe koszty związane z dwukrotnym kontaktem telefonicznym z właścicielem, aby ustalić numer budynku + żeby znaleźć ukryte na parapecie klucze, nie działał nam internet, bo w domu nie było sieci wifi którą wskazywał właściciel.

Todo fue muy sencillo y la casa estaba muy bien, tal como en las fotos. Lo mejor fue la chimenea y cómo estaba prevista la leña para poder encenderla y pasar la noche perfecta.

Las camas eran incómodas incluso una se puso en el suelo por el ruido que hacía el somier. El wifi no funcionaba y estaba sucio el cuarto baño y el comedor. Al estar cerca de la iglesia cada hora escuchas las campanas con lo que es un poco difícil dormir por el ruido de estas
