About this villa rental
Beautiful contemporary villa completely renovated. Located just behind the dune in Seignosse, it has a large wooden terrace overlooking a large garden with trees. Ideally located between the beaches of Estagnots and Bourdaines not far from Lake Hossegor.
The most beautiful beaches on foot and all the shops, services, restaurants by bike!
The villa with an area of 100 m2 is entirely on one level. Completely renovated, it is modern, bright, spacious and carefully decorated. Quiet, not overlooked, it is bordered at the back of a large covered wooden terrace which overlooks a large garden filled with trees. On the outdoor terrace you will find a large table, garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha.
The villa is composed as follows:
- Large living room, dining room, living room, TV.
- 1 separate fully equipped kitchen and a pantry.
- 1 parental suite with 140 cm bed which overlooks the garden and its private bathroom with shower and washbasins.
- 1 double bedroom (140 bed).
- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds 90.
These two bedrooms share the bathroom (walk-in shower / basin).
The entire accommodation is dedicated to travelers except the garden shed which we use to store our personal belongings.
Certificate of resort insurance and deposit of 2,500 euros to be communicated before entering the premises and returned if no deterioration maximum one month after the stay.

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison qui est très bien localisée (à 5 minutes à pied de la plage des Bourdaines) et qui est très agréable à vivre dedans. La maison était très propre et nous avons bien profité du grand jardin. Nous reviendrons !
