The palace is set on one of the main squares of San Gimignano, in the middle of the most fascinating medieval place in Tuscany. Built around one of the main San Gimignano Towers, the property is conserving the charm of a historic residence of the XII century.
The property has amazing ceilings, and it\'s a charming, magical, historic and thoughtfully-furnished apartment situated on the first floor of the historical palace. Gorgeous views from every window. The front rooms overlook “Piazza Della Cisterna”, while from the bedrooms on the back you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.
You can also enjoy (upon request) a typical Italian breakfast or an excellent Tuscan lunch at the restaurant bar in Piazza Della Cisterna right under the house. Everything is within walking distance.
Air Conditioning and WI-FI is also a feature of the house.

The apartment was really nice and big in a very central location. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower heads however could do with descaling and the water was only lukewarm.Other than that, the apartment was great.

Communication for check in was good. Property is in a great location, but it can be a bit noisy with windows open for fresh air. The apartment is huge and spacious. Upstairs loft has very low ceilings and exposed wood beams. Beautiful wood furniture and art. Cushions could use a sprucing in living area for seating. Nearby restaurants and shopping.
