The location has stunning views of the region and San Gimignano. The villa is beautiful and peaceful with a pool with the stunning view. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm. They prepared for us a wonderful Tuscan dinner which we would definetely recommend.
Also, the city is just around 20 minutes away by foot involving a small hike but definetely doable.
We will come back one day...
Maybe just that there was no AC and it was really hot but we managed with the two fans provided. I can understand that ACs can ruin the aesthetics of the building.

Non poteva condiderarsi propriamente un agriturismo in quanto privo di prodotti/offerte locali. Non serviva pranzi e nemmeno colazioni fresche. Bagno minuscolo e scomodo. Niente aria condizionata

La piscina gigante, limpia, y con una vista espectacular de las torres de SAN GIMIGNANO + un parque verde precioso ideal para hacer picnics.
La cama muy cómoda, y un agradable silencio para un grato descanso.
No me gusto que al ser un lugar alejado de cualquier mercado, y siendo una "casita" con cocina comedor, no hayan dejado nada para desayunar (una tostada, una mermelada y unos saquitos de te al menos), ni nada esencial que al tener una cómoda cocina invitaba a cocinar (ni azucar, ni sal, ni aceite, nada), y no se puede esperar que alquien que se hospeda 3 o 4 dias se lleve su aceite y su sal.

Wir hatten grds. eine gute Zeit im Agriturismo. Gessica ist eine tolle und warme Gastgeberin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt. Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft, insbesondere die Poolgegend und der Blick auf die Stadt.
Das Haupthaus ist sehr hellhörig (was Geräusche im Haus, aber auch außerhalb, z.B. Hundebellen angeht) . Wir konnten sowohl TV als auch Gespräche unserer Nachbarn unter uns hören - und haben uns in der ersten Nacht direkt an sie gewendet. Schlafen war für uns hauptsächlich mit Ohropax möglich. Generell ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen - was uns erst mal nicht stört, das Bett jedoch war sehr unbequem, die Dusche würde eine neue Armatur vertragen - ebenso hatten wir hier Schimmel.
