Blending authentic stone architecture, solid wood roof beams, and terracotta tiles with modern high-end amenities, this prestigious property offers an exceptional standard of living in complete privacy and tranquillity.
Stepping through the arched wooden entrance hall reveals an expansive open-plan interior designed for year-round comfort. The light-filled living lounge features traditional exposed stone walls, plush seating, soft Mediterranean light, and French doors that open directly onto the patio terrace and garden. Premium technology is seamlessly integrated throughout, including a flat-screen satellite TV, high-speed WiFi, and a Sonos sound system.
Adjacent to the living space, the contemporary dining area accommodates up to eight guests for evening meals as the sun sets over the mountains. The vast semi-rustic kitchen comes fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a large American fridge-freezer, a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a Dolce Gusto machine. An informal breakfast table opens out to a side patio seating eight, positioned right next to a charming natural pond.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and a private terrace showcasing panoramic views over the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana Mountains. The upper floor houses two further en-suite bedrooms—one twin with a built-in desk and one double with a private balcony overlooking the iconic Puig de Maria. On the lower ground floor, a fourth twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opens directly onto its own private terrace.
Outdoors, the manicured grounds cater effortlessly to Mediterranean al fresco living. Guests can prepare meals using the Weber barbecue and dine on the covered dining terrace. I can honestly say this was the best villa I have ever booked.
The villa itself is very well laid out and well equipped. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning worked well which was vital during a hot July holiday! The whole villa was clean and tidy, the garden was well kept and the pool was clean.
We had the most brilliant family holiday, everything worked really well. The pool is a perfect size and our 3 boys spent hours playing in it! Bathroom and pool towels were provided.
Plenty of space for parking, easy to get to and only 5 minutes from Pollença old town.
Balearic Villas were fantastic, really helpful and provided great instructions for arrival/departure from the property. They also advised on a local chef who we used for a few evenings and was also fantastic.
All in all, a wonderful holiday!
Very little! Great communication with the company in the lead up to the holiday so we felt totally confident that any issues we may have had would be dealt with quickly.
The villa - we had no complaints to be honest. At one point we struggled to get hot water out of the shower in the twin bedroom, but to be honest we think that was our fault turning the gauge the wrong way!!!
