The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable super king size beds, comfortable furniture inside, kitchen had all utensils we needed, except for egg cups! Outdoor furniture all 100% and comfortable. Any problems we had the management sorted it very quickly. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you
Pool very cold sadly, we were told it would cost us 100 euros a day to heat and it would take a few days to warm up but that we would probably be disappointed. The garden paths needed a good weeding and trees could do with a trim even though gardeners did appear a couple of times.

We just had a fabulous stay at Can Pelut on Mallorca. The Villa is spectacular with an amazing outside covered dining area and a beautiful outside covered sitting area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were first class and everything was so clean and perfect. The kitchen was very functional and connected so well with the living spaces. The pool area and patios were large and comfortable with good access to the sun and the shade. The pool was clean and very inviting on the hot days. Baleriac Properties was readily available for all our needs and were so helpful in planning our trip and finding the right property for us.
I honestly can't think of anything left to improve.

Can Pelut is a beautiful villa and it had everything we needed. The gardens are wonderful and the house is spacious and not overlooked. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having the heated pool was a real bonus as the kids were in every day, even though it was April. We had a wonderful family holiday, thank you very much!

Beautiful villa, everything we needed - felt like a lovely family home
The pool was very cold - we did raise this with Juan (as we were paying a significant amount per day for heating!!) however he responded saying that it was because the pool maintenance had been and had to top up the levels - however they came mid way through our stay and it was very cold from day 1! It was a shame, and also the pool was very cloudy and dirty. Then the pool cover kept breaking so we couldn’t close it to try and get the pool warm again! Felt like a waste of money - quite disappointing. This is our only complaint as we had paid much more to have a heated pool.
