Casa Metge Vidal is a Rustic holiday town house in Pollensa, Mallorca with a private swimming pool 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom town house with mountain views and a private swimming pool, air conditioning, near golf, sleeps a maximum of 12 people
Casa Metge Vidal is a unique and wonderful property located in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, within WALKING DISTANCE to the town centre and all of the amenities.
This incredibly spacious rustic townhouse offers a fabulous creative and stylish interior, characterised by many traditional features including wooden beams, archway opening, exposed stone walls and terracotta floors. With outstanding living space distributed comfortably over three floors, there is a very ample and airy feeling throughout.
The ground floor is made up of fantastic entertaining and family space with a large dining area, an open fire place, a living area, a well equipped kitchen and generally lots of areas to sit and relax.
Distributed over the first and second floor, are a total of 7 bedrooms all of which include an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms offer air conditioning. *Flexible bed configuration – bedrooms can be arranged as twin or double beds on request to suit your group - please contact us for further information*
The second floor provides access to a beautiful roof terrace, a perfect sun trap, from which there are lovely views across the rooftops of Pollensa and to the historical Pollensa ‘Bullring’.
At the top of the house there is a very large studio room - perfect to host meetings or to use as a workroom, or as an exercise room.
The outdoor living is just as enchanting with a wonderfully private garden with dining area and a private swimming pool. There is also a courtyard off the kitchen which leads to a TV room/ den.
PARKING/ GARAGE – The property offers a garage with parking available for 1 car, a unique feature in such a location! The garage can also be used for Bike storage!

We were a big cycling group who were staying in the villa. The accommodation was clean and had ample space for the 10 of us. The villa itself is very large and has and excellent rooftop balcony as well as a garage for storage.
The support from Joan when we had any issues was 10/10

A beautiful house in the centre of Pollenca. We spent 4 days in the house enjoying the space and outdoor areas. Very close to the centre of Pollenca and the restaurants and bars with great access to the road network to take you into the surrounding countryside. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Gorgeous house, great size rooms, walking distance to town, and a great bonus of having a garage for a car. Also, the wonderful supermarket on the corner has almost everything you will need.
We didn’t realise the pool was not able to be heated, so although the weather was great, it was too cold to use the pool which was disappointing.

Great accommodation well located for the town center.
Fabulous large house with lots of large bedrooms and entertaining space. Thanks to Gemma and the Balearic Villas team who were most helpful.
Great family holiday.
Really minor point but maybe provide some Cava/Prosecco glasses as well as wine glasses.
