No cleaning done

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were still hairs in the shower, stains on the walls and I had to wash the dishes before using them because they were dirty too. I think they only changed the towels and bed linnen before i came and don't care about the rest. There were even still some groceries (beer, opened water and canned fish) in the fridge!! Probably from the previous guest. All in all they didn't take their hosting job seriously.

It looks solid and is solidly arranged, for that new one it is quite ok.

I came on Sunday afternoon and there was no shower soap in the apartment. On Sunday afternoon, almost nothing works in Zrenjanin, but I had to go to the store to buy soap, in order to take a shower. Also the wifi didn't work. I wrote to the owners on Viber but they didn't respond. They did not respond even the next day when they saw the message. Then I received a questionnaire from Booking - the owners wrote that I wasn't even in the apartment and that I did not checked in. Due to all these inconveniences, I do not recommend this accommodation.

If I again need to go to Zrenjanin will definitely stay at the same accommodation.

“Rooms Jelena” was SUPER CLEAN and comfy. Stuff was pleasant and helpful. Room has everything that is needed (cups,plates,cutlery etc.), drinking (bottled) water, considering that water in Zrenjanin isn’t drinkable.

Will only recommend a small hairdryer in a toilet but everything else was perfect.

The water from every taps were bit yellow color and smell of water was not good(like smell of iron). I suspect water pipe is old. And pillow&cover had also bad smells like mildewas. As a female I felt it's not safe because the main gate don't have lock (only room has lock) even if this area is safe. Overall this property was not value of money. It's ok If the cost of this room was below 1,000RSD.

The cosiest little house in the most peaceful place

This can easily be the nicest place I've ever stayed in! It's cosy but spacious enough, comfortable, private and very quiet. 1. Good location. Not too close to the bus station, but not too far from the city centre. Very peaceful and quiet. 2. Neat room. 3. Fridge, television, blow dryer, soap provided. Even an AC. Dishes, too. 4. The host, an incredibly lovely person, welcomed me personally and showed around. 5. To elaborate on the peacefulness and quietness: this was a wonderful experience! I fell asleep to chirping of crickets and woke up to twittering of early birds. And no more sounds around! Just one random cat getting home from the night watch slightly disturbed the peace, and that was it. Also, I slept with the window wide open (the room's in the ground floor) and felt completely safe. None of those ever happens in big cities, so it was magnificent to have this short getaway from the incessant noise.

1. The only window in the room is just next to the door, and not too much light comes right into the room. 2. In the department of sleeping arrangements I personally prefer a proper bed over a convertible sofa bed, though the sofa bed was quite comfortable indeed.

Nema stvari koje mi se nisu dopale. Jedina stvar koja me je malo zbunila je bilo da vrata nisu mogla da se zaključaju. Međutim, odmah mi je objašnjeno da na tom tipu vrata kvaka mora da se podigne na gore da bi vrata mogla da se zaključaju. U svakom slučaju naučio sam nešto novo. :)
