Would need some renovation
The location is fine, not too far from the center, with some space for parking a car. The flat is extremely vast, and we picked up the keys easily.
The place is old. It wouldn't be a problem if it were only a question of style, but it definitely needs some heavy renovation. The electric system showed obvious signs of use, and most of the appliances from the kitchen to the bathroom were outdated. The main issue was definitely with the beds. We booked this place to get two rooms with a double bed in each of them (and no sofa beds). In the end, there was in reality only one real double bed, the two other described as double beds were actually old sofa beds that could not properly fit two persons.
