Wonderful stay in Apartment Jelena

The stay in the apartment was very pleasant. It has everything you need, and the entire interior is decorated very comfortably. Cleanliness and Wi-Fi are commendable. The apartment is located in a building in a good location near the old urban core of Zrenjanin. The owner of the apartment was very kind and accommodating, even though we arrived at the apartment late in the evening. It's worth coming again.

Pleasant

The apartment is situated in a quiet street, yet close to the centre.

One has to keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3d floor without elevator. The double bed in the bedroom is narrow and the mattrace unconfy and so was the sofa in the living room. The sofa is not suitable for two adults, maximum for two kids. And the towel-like duvets were like sponge. We had ants from the very first moment. We tried to keep the place clean and were sweaping every day but it was helpless. It is a very nice, new apartment, but not really practical for a family of four.

Nice little flat, good stay overall

I didn't waited long for the owner to meet me and give me the key, overall a nice appartment with all the equipment needed. Not far from the center of the city. The building and location was calm, didn't noticed much noises or traffic when I stayed.

The water had some color problems as other guests mentionned, hopefully that will get fixed. The bed was okay but I was disapointed by the bed sheets provided (no sheet just a bed cover)

Ok for one night but wouldn't come back because of the terrible shower

The location was allright, nearby the city center but in a quite area. Air conditioning worked really well and balcony was nice. The person that gave us the keys was friendly.

The shower can't even be called a shower. There is barely any water coming out of it. Also it was unpleasant that the check in time on Booking was different than the time that the owner allowed us to check in. On Booking it says check in at 13:30, while she only allowed us to check in at 14:00. When I told her that the info was different on Booking she ignored my point and insisted that it was at 14:00. Laundry machine takes many many hours, so not really useful if you are there for only a short time.

Overall, a very good choice for an aparment in Zrenjanin for a reasonable price.

The apartment is spacious and full of natural light. The furnishings are mostly modern and stylish. The price is also very good, especially since the apartment has its own bathtub, which is a rarity among the price range. The apartment is also very clean and it is obvious that the owner cares about the customer experience since the high rating from booking.com was to be seen in multiple places, and the TV is bigger than the one in the pictures, meaning that the owner actually bought a new one after that was noted as a bad thing in some of the earlier reviews. The key exchange occurred with no issues.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, with no elevator. The kitchen is equipped, but some things like a corkscrew or a lemon squeezer are missing. Since tap water in Zrenjanin is not drinkable, a bottle of water for the arriving guests would have been welcome.
