Hosts were super friendly and hospital. We've got detailed explanation of how to get to the property, how to use everything there, what we can see in the city and area nearby, some lifehacks for local transport and restaurants. We felt ourselves very cared and comfortable. Facility itself is very stylish clean and convenient. Had everything what we needed. Next time in La Spezia will choose it again!

Appartement confortable, très propre, très bien équipé et proche de la gare pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre. Avons été reçu par l’hôte qui nous a bien renseignés sur les alentours.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie vlakbij station van La Spezia met airconditioning en leuke terrasje. Eigen parkeerplaats. Hele vriendelijke mensen. Ze losten een probleem meteen op.

Voor parkeerplaats moet je hele steile heuvel op. Naar centrum half uur lopen.

Logement confortable, agréable et propre, et un accueil chaleureux de la part de Valéria, disponible et prévenante.

Juste un tout petit bémol sur la localisation, sans restaurants à proximité immédiate... mais la présence de la petite gare de Migliarina est un atout précieux !

Très bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes qui ont pris le temps de nous expliquer, de nous donner de bons conseils mais surtout de bonnes adresses que ce soit à visiter ou alors de restaurant, un réel plaisir d'échanger avec eux. Sinon appartement sympa et très bien situé. Lieu cosy, bien agencé avec une belle terrasse arrière ainsi qu'une petite à l'avant. Tout le confort dedans. Bonne literie également.

Bardzo czysto. Klimatyczny, gustowny apartament. Wyposażenie kuchni na medal, łącznie z automatem do kawy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Świetna baza wypadowa do Cinque Terre. Jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża samochodem to do stacji dojeżdża parę minut i spokojnie zostawia auto w podziemnym parkingu strzeżonym i tylko 1,50 euro za godzinę. Bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna właścicielka Valeria i bardzo ładna 😀.Polecam
