There was nothing on booking.com to say there was a £500 deposit to pay

Before we booked, there was nothing to say there was a large £500 deposit to pay. We booked the apartment for the same day so we had no way of cancelling this or we would of lost our money. It should clearly state whether a deposit is required and for how much.

Only 1 spare loo roll meant we had to walk to the Co-op in the rain, ha ha.

May be a bit petty but the kitchen could benefit from some better utensils such as serving spoons and spatulas etc. and some items in the drawer could do with replacing due to rust.

Lovely apartment, comfy and felt very spacious. Quiet neighbourhood and well located for Oxford. A good base for our break.

Although I initialy rated it as well cleaned, there were areas in the bathroom that needed a deep clean. The walk in shower was a bonus as my husband has limited mobility, but needed an extra non slip mat so that the whole of the shower would be safe.

High quality accommodation in a very accessible area for Oxford and Abingdon.

This is a fantastic property, and it was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bedroom was large with excellent hanging facilities. There is a comfortable lounge and modern kitchen with absolutely everything you need! Would definitely book again!

5 minutes walk to wood, 10 to co-op, 15 to Thames path. 15 minutes drive to Oxford centre. Smartly furnished, everything worked.

Het is een fantastisch verblijf, waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

Het appartement was veel ruimer dan we verwacht hadden. Het was modern en van goede apparatuur en keurige meubelen voorzien. We voelden ons er echt thuis!

De schoonmaakdienst kwam veel te laat, waardoor wij later in het appartement konden. Gelukkig was de eigenaresse gekomen en was al met de schoonmaak begonnen en gaf ons de sleutel.

Klidná lokalita, nedaleko autobusové zastávky, přenádherný domek s výjimečným vybavením.

Při příjezdu jsme lokalitu nemohli najít, a když jsme volali na linku, která nám měla dle instrukcí pomoci, ozvala se nepříjemná paní, která jen neustále opakovala, že jsme si špatně přečetli instrukce, místo toho, aby nám jednoduše odpověděla, jaké číslo domu má naše ubytování. Raději jsme to vzdali a našli ubytování vlastními silami. To byl jediný problém.
