Spacious and bright one bedroom apartment, conveniently located in Rose Hill, just minutes from local food shops and with super easy access to city centre, with buses going every 4min!

The apartment has a large living/dining area, a separate kitchen and a toilet with shower room. The bedroom is spacious and also equipped with the desk and chair for laptop work friendly space.
Interaction with Guests:
I am always ready to try and accommodate most of your needs from early morning till late evening and I am easily reachable via phone or email at your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Inside the building there are two more flats - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The neighbourhood has a variety of shops to offer that are only 5 min walk and if you prefer a wider range of groceries, there is also a huge supermarket located within 12min walk.
Getting Around:
There is parking available at the property as well as free on street parking just next to the house if you are a car owner. Alternatively, the bus stop is just 2min walk, with the buses going every 4min towards city centre and rail station.
