Very friendly hosts. Exceptional terrace with great sea view. Right next to a quiet and beautiful beach. Very clean with everything you could think of in the kitchen. Walking distance from the main city street. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very communicative place on foot and by car. Do not bother going to the city center by car. It is very near, safe to walk even at night and the parking frenzy is just not worth it.
Really small things to make it perfect. No dedicated parking space. We didn't have much hope for that but as foreigners it would be a great relief. The parking is huge and almost empty though. Overall the area seemed quite safe. The TV is quite outdated. Could not get the cable working (not that we needed it, so I did not request help). A little noisy from the nearby street. But that it is with the windows open. If you use the AC at night it's OK.
