Bardzo przyjemny pensjonat w rodzinnym klimacie. Właściciele nie mówią po angielsku tylko po włosku ale nie jest problemem dogadać się z nimi. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Cena bardzo fajna w stosunku do jakości :)

Brakowało otwieracza do wina i przydałyby się podstawowe przyprawy typu pieprz i sól do aneksu kuchennego. Ściany dzielące pokoje są dość cienkie przez co słychać sąsiadów

Konumu gayet sakin ve güzel bir yerde. Pek çok olanak elinizin altında. Odamız tertemizdi. Her şey mis gibi kokuyordu. Tommy ve Lana için diyecek kelimeler bulamam. Ailemiz kadar yakın oldular bize. Onları tanıdığımıza binlerce kez memnunuz. Umarım yine görüşürüz.

The parents were lovely and genuinely tried to help and make up for the situation once they were made aware of the issues.

The property did not match the expectations, feeling more like a converted garage than a proper apartment. The main issue was the bathroom. The shower is simply attached to the sink tap and drains directly onto the floor. As the drain was blocked, it flooded the bathroom and living area, wetting some of our belongings and making it unsafe to walk downstairs. Several basic comforts were also missing, such as proper blinds for sunlight, a blanket/duvet (there was only a bedsheet), and sufficient toilet paper for our stay (only an incomplete roll was provided for 2 people for 2 nights). There was also a lot of dog barking nearby at night. The clogging issue was fixed the next day, and a blanket and toilet paper were provided. However, what disappointed us most, was the way our concerns were handled. Communication about the issuesm handled via message with the son (as the parents do not speak English), felt quite dismissive and lacking empathy, with responses focusing more on explanations and on charging us €1 extra due to an exchange-rate difference (above the bank rate), rather than acknowledging the inconvenience caused. The parents were kind and tried to help, but they live next door and were always at the terrace when we entered or left the apartment, which created a feeling of limited privacy during the stay, as this is not presented as a homestay or guesthouse. It seems like a property with limited experience in hosting. We hope this review helps improve future stays for guests.
