Отличная квартира для длительного проживания! Мы провели в этой квартире 3 недели и остались очень довольны. Квартира просторная, состоит из двух комнат, в каждой установлен кондиционер, что было особенно комфортно в жаркую погоду. Расположение отличное: в шаговой доступности находятся пляж, магазины, большой супермаркет и другие необходимые объекты инфраструктуры. Остановка автобуса до аэропорта расположена всего в 5–6 минутах ходьбы. В квартире предусмотрено абсолютно всё для комфортного, длительного проживания. Нас приятно удивило наличие не только полотенец и салфеток, но и чая, кофе, оливкового масла, соли и других необходимых мелочей. Есть вся необходимая бытовая утварь и предметы для длительного проживания. Мест для хранения вещей более чем достаточно. Вид из окна полностью соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Особенно понравилась просторная терраса, где мы ежедневно завтракали и ужинали. Дом ухоженный, лифт работал без перебоев на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Квартира находится на 5 этаже, но при желании можно подняться и пешком. В целом квартира полностью оправдала наши ожидания. Очень уютное, чистое и хорошо оборудованное жильё. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и рекомендуем его другим путешественникам.

The appartment was perfectly equipped with everything you need and beyond. The location is good, close to sea and the city centre. On top of that, the appartment was very clean and we were friendly greeted.

I was looking for a place close to, but not in, the tourist zone. This is a 15 minute walk from all the tourist action, but squarely Albanian. There are some areas where you can see the bay water. I like the view from the balcony. It is on the 5th floor (usa 6th) so it gives a nice view. Across the street are single to 3 story apartments and homes. I can see not only the water but the big long park that encompasses the bay, from the balcony. Very clean, much quieter than I expected it to be. Can hear neighbors scoot chairs (and they can hear you) - Albania needs to be introduced to felt pads for chair legs... but seriously it was not enough to be a problem at all... in fact I extended my stay a little bit. Washing machine (suggest using 15 min quick cycle) with laundry detergent supplied. Plenty of clean towels. Drying rack on balcony. Enough kitchen items I was able to cook some things. Oven, stove top, sandwich griller, salt, basic utensils, fridge with freezer. Super close to cafe's, restaurants and 2 markets and a fresh fish market is nearby. Also close to Rossman and Lala if you need beauty or personal care items. They have a great selection of travel size items. There are some dogs that live a few streets over and once in a while they will have a bark fest. I was not woke up by them at all. Also there is at least one rooster nearby so you get to hear that as well, which I loved. It seems a few streets away as well. If it is hot enough to run the a/c you probably will never hear them. AC unit in bedroom and one in living room.go Bed has a lovely topper mattress and nice soft sheets. Slept really good on it. Plenty of blankets. Smart tv in living room. Couches are on the firm side. they seem to convert to beds. I would personally find them a bit too firm, but I like a medium to slightly soft mattress. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, sunsets from the balcony are nice. Host was great. I did not need anything extra.

Really there was nothing I found to be an issue. I like the place enough that I would love to be able to buy it for my hopeful move here. The only thing that I can think of that would make it more homey for those days you want to just chill with a book or something is a soft table lamp in the living room and one by the bed. If you are looking for a longer term stay or looking for experiencing a slice of Albanian life but close to the tourist zone and the primary Blvd Ishmail Qemali, this is a great choice.
