Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Direkt in der Altstadt mit super Blick auf die Alhambra - wirklich genial die Abende oben auf der Dachterrasse zu verbringen
Die Ausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Es gab leider keinen Topf und auch die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse sahen anders aus als auf dem Bild.

The location of the flat is good within a beautiful part of the old city. The beds were small but firm and comfortable. There is enough space for 4 people.
The flat was dirty as it hasnt been cleaned thoroughly or at all. There was hair and dirt everywhere on the floor/stairs/basin/kitchen table and so on. We felt really really uncomfortable and disgusted because of this. Generally speaking the flat could be nice but felt like a neglected place. There are small carpets which haven't been removed a long time as there are a lot of dust and such under them. I travel a lot and have been to Spain and Andalusia multiple times, and never encountered an unclean flat like this before. After reporting to management they sent somebody to clean the flat, but after we arrived home it was dirty as before with hair and dirt at every spot I told them to clean, so they just ignored the problem. We left quite unsatisfied. The other problem is the incredible noise from the street. The windows are badly isolated. There are multiple garbage collectors in front of the building on the street which are being emptied 2-3 times during every night! There is a load mechanical emptying process at around 11:30pm, 3am, 6am. We were every time awake during our whole stay. One emptying takes around 6-12mins. Because of the central location there is no possibility to enter the district with car and park near to the flat. The nearest parking is like 15-20min walk away.
