The property has a wonderful balcony with a frontal view of the Alhambra. The decoration was well thought out

The bathroom, shower facilities were in need of renewal- old and tired with no air evacuation so gets fogged up after a shower. The heating system was difficult to work and didn’t heat sufficiently so someone brought an extra radiator, but I think the problem is the door leading onto the balcony which has no insulation and is single glazed and leaks heat out constantly so in winter it can get very cold. There wasn’t some basics like - a tea towel and we had to ask for one and there wasn’t no welcome booklet or wifi code. I asked for the wifi code but it wasn’t communicated until the 3rd day. Also be aware that the owners are very inflexible with any date changes or cancellations despite difficult circumstances. All of this would put me off of staying here again as I felt that the owners were unaccomadating, not very communicative or friendly and I never saw them at all. It was all done by code to get into the appartment. I felt the indifference and pure commercialism - lacking the friendly feel I’m so accustomed to in Andalusia!!!

Taxi cannot stop next to apartment. had to drag and lift suitcases through rocky steps. the AC in bedroom was not effective.
