We really liked the view on the entire city of Nice. There was also working pool. Really nice place to stay and rest.

Beautiful views, parking, quiet and pool
Old, not maintained properly such as pool, gardens and broken amenities, not safe furniture, dusty and not cleaned. We prefer privacy which was compensated by unexpected visit of house viewing by owner and we spending private family sunbathing which shocked us and no permission taken or apologies by owner.
