Зручно що до Площі Ринок та Оперного рукою подати. Тому якщо у вас більше всього заплановано в районі Площі Ринок, то дуже раджу.
Було трошки брудно, хоча перед нами якраз був клінінг. А також слабкий напор гарячої води (не знаю в чому саме була причина).

Чиста охайна квартира з сучасним ремонтом. В літню спеку 30+ в квартирі було знаходитись на диво досить комфортно, хоч вона без кондиціонеру.
Час від часу неприємний запах з санвузла. Питання не до власника квартири, скоріш до мерії міста, адже це культурна памʼятка - будинок в якому жив і творив Іван Франко, як написано на табличці, але облуплений нереставрований будинок виглядає жахливо, як в принципі й внутрішній дворик. Все дуже старе, як і підʼїзд всередині , потребує відновлення.

Класні апарти в самому центрі, дві спальні, справді зручні ліжка, чиста постіль і рушники.
Якісь дрібниці, яких не вистачало: сміттєве відро в туалеті треба відкривати рукою, бо педалька не працює, фену нема, капців нема, щоб скористатися розетками з обох боків ліжка в синій спальні, треба відсунути саме ліжко (а воно важке)
