About this house rental

Great location on Old West Side for your University of Michigan graduation weekend.

The upstairs contains the living area (with a pull out queen sized bed), kitchen with dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms.

The downstairs contains the master bedroom (king sized bed), master bathroom, laundry area and garage with four bikes.

There is a large backyard with patio and BBQ for entertaining. Please note there is one security camera outside the house facing the front entrance and street. There are no cameras inside the house.

We stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation weekend and it worked very well for us. Everything is clean and as it appears in the pictures. Although the house is small, it uses all of the space very efficiently and benefits from the large master bedroom space in the basement. The house and kitchen were well stocked. The house is a little farther from campus than we ideally would have wanted, but it is only about 1.4 miles to downtown Ann Arbor, so we walked back and forth to there on several occasions during our stay and had no trouble using Uber when going to the main campus area. We would definitely stay here again if we needed more room than a hotel could provide.
