About this house rental
Our home was built in 1921 for the U of M president. It is a lovely property nestled in the woods off of a stone walled lane. We have great indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering with family or friends. Great location for football week ends. Enjoy walking through our quiet tree lined neighborhood to the Big House.
We also offer our home for other special events such as holidays and graduations. We are happy to discuss longer term rentals if needed

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful home when we were in Ann Arbor for our daughter’s wedding. It had lots of space to relax, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, stylish living areas, and beautiful outdoor spaces. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this home for families and friends visiting Ann Arbor.

We were in town for a concert at the Big House and needed a place that could sleep 6 and was close enough we could walk after the show. This house was perfect for us. It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and was a little more than a mile walk. Highly recommended if you need a place for a family to stay. The owners were extremely friendly and communicative.

Summary is nice neighborhood and house size and close to Ann Arbor activities. The house needs updating, declutterring, another real size bathroom and a deep cleaning.
