About this apartment rental
Ideal for delegates and holidaymakers (15 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and beaches), this 4-room apartment of more than 90m² has been tastefully renovated and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. 2 terraces.
The 3 rooms have bedding quality "hotel" in twin that can be prepared (on request) in double bed zipped. A sofa bed 140 complete the bed.
The apartment is in a beautiful, very quiet residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It consists :
- living / dining room with LED flat screen TV It opens onto a large furnished terrace of 15m² pleasant south facing but with an electric awning to get shade. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with mattress Bultex 140X190.
- a separate fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, wine cellar. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace.
- a bathroom
- 3 bedrooms with large closets including a master suite with its own bathroom. They all open onto a terrace overlooking the gardens of the very quiet residence. Each room has a safe.
Naturally, you will have free WiFi (fiber), international TV channels, a connected speaker, and everything you need to ensure a peaceful stay: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, household equipment as well as a tumble dryer.
All bed linen, towels, bath mat and tea towel, quality, are provided.
