All I can say is – it’s brilliant. It’s the first time I’ve stayed somewhere where there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s the perfect place to stay! Go for a room with a king-size bed on a lift. It’s really cool!
There’s just one downside: the noise from passing buses and motorbikes at night. But we slept with the windows open because we couldn’t stand the air conditioning. With the windows closed, it’ll be perfect. It was a bit difficult to sleep, but that’s no reason not to come here. Please do come :) Location is very good. Near the Festival Palace and a beach.

Location is very good - we stayed in room 401 which was on the 4th floor and the stairs lean slightly due to the old building. We had a friend that has had a recent double hip replacement so this was not ideal for her and nothing is mentioned in the ad about no lift and a LOT of stairs!
The drainage needs attention, the shower and the sink smelt rotton. We complained to the host who said it was sorted but unfortunately the smell was still there, we covered the the areas with towels to stop the smell.

Location, comfortable bed, close to the beach, old port and the city centre. You have everything what you need for a short stay.
All was good

Great location but poor sound proofing. All you could hear all night were the cars outside, people chatting/arguing when passing the building (I was 2 floors up).. internally, same problem. You can hear everyone coming and going. Stairs are concrete so you can hear every footstep. Frankly, I had a very poor sleep here. Staff were great and apartment itself, fine. Just seems like a poorly converted building
