Convenient and comfortable. Good base to be out all day

Clean, calm, enjoyable

the location was great, very neat the port and croisette. There were plenty of restaurants and bars with 10 minute walk and parking was also 5 minutes. The apartment was recently updated and very clean with stylish decoration

The location was great. The apartment was clean and tidy. Virginie (owner) was responsive and easy to deal with.

We were unlucky that the hall and landing lights were not working. This meant we needed a torch to get to the second floor. Hopefully it will be repaired before others stay.

Great location, walking distance to basically anywhere central. Modern decorations. Comfortable beds!

There was no warning that this apartment was on the 4th floor without any elevator. I was 8 months pregnant... which meant that I needed to walk up 4 floors on a tiny staircase with all of my luggage. I could not get in touch with the host, even though I called them every day for 2.5 weeks straight. The check-in time was even later (after 3 pm). Television didn't work... Noisy neighbors

We were on the top floor with a heavy suitcase and no elevator, was difficult to climb the stairs with heavy bag.

Nice location, friendly owner

The cleaning was poor. The floor hadn’t been washed, and there was black hair all over the room, even in the bed—probably from the cleaning staff. The shower cabin was dirty, with slime on the floor. The stairs were extremely noisy; you could hear absolutely everything. Our view was terrible—just the wall of a building. The owner could have given us a better view, especially since we stayed for seven nights.

I love the size of the room, the furniture, the tv. All the facilities were really good and clean. I would definitely stay there another time If I had the opportunity.

I like everything overall, the only thing I didn't like is that the street can be noisy but that's not up to the hotel room. It is just what it is.

1. Świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko centrum, co było ogromnym plusem. 2. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. 3. Ładny wystrój – drewniane łóżko i meble, widać, że wyposażenie było solidne i lepszej jakości, a nie tania tandeta. 4. Bardzo ładne detale – obraz, lampki i eleganckie włączniki do świateł dodawały wnętrzu klimatu.

1. Sprzątanie to tragedia – podłoga była nieodkurzona i brudna po poprzednich gościach, znalazłam nawet śmieci. 2. Prysznic w fatalnym stanie – czarny grzyb, włosy po poprzednich gościach w kabinie oraz bardzo żółte, brudne fugi w płytkach. Widać, że całość była tylko opłukana, szyba przetarta, ale reszta pozostawiona bez czyszczenia, co wyglądało wyjątkowo niehigienicznie. 3. W aneksie kuchennym zostawiono starą gąbkę do naczyń z resztkami jedzenia, co było absolutnie niehigieniczne i nie do przyjęcia.

Абсолютно всё! Апартаменты на 10 Rue Georges Clemenceau просто великолепны: чистые, уютные, очень светлые и со вкусом оформленные. Расположение выше всяких похвал: до пляжа буквально несколько минут пешком, рядом множество отличных ресторанов и кафе, магазинов и продуктовый рынок. Все достопримечательности центра Канн в шаговой доступности. Прекрасное сочетание комфорта и удобства.

Нам всё очень понравилось, никаких недостатков не заметили.
