Athina Homes

The location and the house in general where great. Garden area with bbq and pool are ideal for a family of 4. The parking area in the drive in is a super bonus as after dinner the kids always fall asleep in the car. It saves parents the trouble of having to lift them to bed...... 😀

Shower door doesn't exist so you end up with a mess on the floor. Silicone of the bathroom also needs to be replaced as it doesn't look nice with the mould. Also some bulbs where not working but nothing essential.

The sociability of all the various areas worked very well especially the BBQ area with the big outdoor dining table. The location was fantastic being only two minutes from georgeopolis by car. Very peaceful position with stunning views in all directions. The pool was adequate for a cool off and a floating chat. The gardens were well maintained and very pretty. Although we had neighbours in the other unit the arrangement was such that you felt like you were in a completely detached villa both in the building and all areas of the garden. Will definitely intend to return. The air at the villa is so clean and fresh and a little cooler than being in town because of the elevation, a very gentle breeze was with us always which was very nice.

As a family we can’t fault the property in any way There have been comments made previously about the road noise we didn’t find the road excessively noisy during the day and at night there was no traffic. Basically no a busy road.

Locataires parfois bruyants
