The apartment (we had a two-bedroom apartment) is very spacious: a "master" bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, a living room/kitchenette and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, another with just WC+sink). I suppose, the apartment was converted from two (a studio + a one-bedroom) - for that reason you have two entry doors you can use (which suited our teenage son just fine as he had his own exit and his own WC/sink :)) The rooms get cleaned once a week, sheets and towels changed. There is air conditioning, but only in the master bedroom, which is connected to the second one (but the nights were not very hot, and with window shutters closed during the day, we hardly ever used air-con). The pool is great - deep and sufficiently large, with sunbeds and sunshades around. Very few people used the pool during our stay - if you prefer pool to the sea, you will be in luck. The place was very easy to find, with an ample parking area and numerous cats wandering around. The house is a 5-min walk from the sea and all the restaurants, but the surroundings are pretty quiet at night. George (the owner) is almost always on the property and very helpful (without his magic touch the washing machine in the apartment does not agree to work). All in all, you get a great deal for the price you pay.
A couple of things (which did not spoil our stay): non-existent sound insulation in the house, which means you hear your neighbours when they walk around, talk, take showers or flush their WC. This is not something the owner can change, and
my husband and son had no issue with the noise. But if you are a light sleeper like me, bring your ear plugs. Shower head could use a bit of descaling (or be replaced) for a better water flow.

We stayed in the 2-room apartment with balcony for 12 days. The apartment was very close to the beach and market, was always clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. And we can’t praise George enough. He was an fantastic host. He took care of the apartment every day, and cleaned the pool every morning to make it ready for the guests. He was easy to get in touch with, very polite and service minded, and made our stay beyond expected. We highly recommend George and his property!

The host was super: nice, supportive and reactive ! Even though there was no cooking appliances, he lent us some for our stay.
The surroundings are quiet and calm, even though the apartment is very close to the beach and the restaurants/bars.
The location is great.
The general comfort of the apartment is a bit outdated and basic/spartan.
The lack of cooking appliances.
