Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küstenlinie, eigener Parkplatz vor der Haustür. 2 Sandstrände fußläufig erreichbar, Wandermöglichkeit vom Haus. Gemütliche Wohnung, charmante und unkomplizierte Besitzerin.
Möblierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade Küchenzeile und Utensilien müssen teils überarbeitet bzw erneuert werden.

Чудове розташування, автентичне помешкання, неймовірний краєвид з тераси і дуже чуйна господарка.
Відсутні базові зручності на кшталт мила, солі, кави тощо. Це вказано в описі, тому все ок. Просто потрібно врахувати це перед поїздкою, щоб закупитися у Портоферрайо, адже найближчий магазин має дуже малий асортимент.
