Das kleine Haus ist praktikabel ausgestattet, hat alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht und ist sehr sauber. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist perfekt. Die Vermieter sind toll. Die Lage ist perfekt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und in weiteren 10 Minuten im Ort. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants, einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar andere Geschäfte. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns rundum pudelwohl gefühlt. Auch mit Hund ist es in der Unterkunft und im Umfeld einfach optimal.
Die Betten waren für uns leider nicht optimal. Das wird uns zwar von einem weiteren Aufenthalt nicht abhalten, aber da sehen wir Verbesserungspotenzial.

La villetta è meravigliosa, le stanze sono grandi, la cucina completa di tutto quello che potrebbe servirti. La pulizia è impeccabile.
Il giardino è grande e curatissimo, c'è anche lo spazio per tenere l'auto all' ombra.
La spiaggia e il paese di Procchio sono a 5min a piedi, comodissimo!
Barbara è veramente una persona piacevole, gentilissima e super disponibile.
Insomma, noi siamo stati benissimo e le nostre figlie si sono divertite tantissimo.
Come già detto a Barbara, è tutto perfetto.

Siamo stati benissimo, Barbara e Gaia sono state molto disponibili. La villetta è dotata di tutto quanto necessario. L’area esterna è ampia e molto curata. Zona comodissima per girare l’isola, ma a 5 minuti dal mare se si vuole rimanere in zona. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e animali a quattro zampe.
Nulla, se possiamo dare un consiglio per un piccolo miglioramento potrebbe essere utile una doccia esterna per quando si rientra dal mare.

Gepflegtes Häuschen in super ruhiger Lage und nah zum Strand. Ideal zum entspannen und erholen. Restaurants mit qualitativ sehr gutem Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich.
Alles war gut und angenehm.
