In house restaurant, good location, confortable beds

Missing game room for kids, only small kids corner. Apartment looks clean, but quite dusty under the beds and other futniture what wasn’t good for my allergy.

Pani manažérka Bibi nám svojím milým a usmiatym prístupom spríjemnila pobyt. Zároveň vyzdvihujem služby reštaurácie Kamzík, využili sme aj ponúkané raňajky.

Nagyon jó helyen van.

A leírtakkal ellentétben hiányos az apartman kávégép,hajszátító nincs. Egy napig nem volt fűtésünk.

- The apartment (#65) was mostly renovated in a nice, modern way. - The bed was big (king size), mattress was of the harder variety. - There is a kitchenette in the apartment with basic equipment. - It was warm thanks to electric heaters (we stayed in winter). - The apartment TV has access to a Netflix account you can use (when the Wi-Fi works). - There is a restaurant in the building (although it's a bit expensive). - The staff of the building was pleasant.

- First and foremost - this is not disclosed clearly, but we were told at arrival that the apartments in this building are owned and managed by different people - the staff at the reception only hands you the keys, but can't really help you with anything else regarding the apartment itself. It also means all reviews here can apply to only certain units, as each can look and be managed completely differently, which can be misleading. - The "free private parking" is only outside the building; the garage spots are again apparently managed by each owner separately, and for apartment #65 (One-Bedroom Apartment) you have to pay extra 10 € per night if you want to park there (this is only disclosed via a private message after making a reservation). - Even though the apartment and linens were mostly clean, we still found several thick black hairs on the bed sheets. - The apartment lacks any sort of "living" area or even a sofa. It's just a small hallway with a kitchen, small dining table and a small bedroom with one armchair. - There are no window curtains or blinds (even bedroom), so you're gonna have daylight blasting into your bed from early morning. This would be a small investment that would make the bedroom more comfortable. - There is often a lot of noise coming from all directions. You're most likely gonna have families with small kids around you and even when you are on the top floor, all the stomping, running and yelling is very easily heard through the walls and quite uncomfortable. You can also hear the elevator moving (or some similar noise) very clearly and vibrating through the walls and even the bed itself; in the morning it's running almost constantly. - The equipment could be better (no hairdryer even though we saw it in some photos in the listing; no slippers; nothing in the bathroom except toilet paper; no sugar in the kitchen). - The water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. - Wi-Fi is unstable and a bit slow.
