The location was excellent, the beach and the city centre were extremely close. The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in. The host was very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Da Zio Giovanni!

The windows and curtains really felt like we were experiencing the culture of Italy. It was gorgeous to wake up to. The apartment was not too small and had all we needed. Hot water all the time. We were very comfortable. The view was the best and so near to the sea. I really feel we found a gem and I plan to look to stay anytime we visit family in Pescara.
A second key would of made things nicer. At times when my husband left me and kids had a choice of sleeping in or getting up and out early. Having the freedom of both being able to leave would of been nicer. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful location!
Would have liked to have a buzzer to get passed the gate. Needed to use the key to get in and out every time.
