Great spatious place for a long stay
Great location. Close to the beach, town center, and supermarkets. We have not used our car at all during our 5-night stay. Usually we would go to see the sunset on the beach or in the town center.
The rooms are large and comfortable. Two bathrooms was a very good benefit for our family of 5.
Air conditions available in both bedrooms and the living room, which was very important for us.
The balcony is nice, though the sea view was not there, still you can catch some fresh air and enjoy your neighbours' plants and relaxed atmosphere.
There was enough kitchenware for us, looks like some issues from previous feedbacks were fixed already.
The host could be more attentive to the messages in booking - our reservation request had no response. However when we called 30 minutes before arrival, everything went smooth. A representative met us at the door and showed the appartments. Also later we tried to reach the host by phone when the washing machine did not start, but no luck (we did try a couple of phone numbers on the door list).
The second is the dirt, maily on the floor, and dust on random wardrobes shelves, or dirt in the fidge. I would not say the appartment was not cleaned at all, but we struggled the first day finding someone else's spots, hair, nails... That is something easy to fix with a good mop. It spoils your first day there, but over a longer stay you are rewarded with the other benefits of this appartment. Hope the host fixes this soon.
There was no microwave oven, so we had to be more organized about our meals.
Adding basic products like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, oil etc would be a pro. They don't need to be in abundance or too expensive, but can save a visit to the supermarket.

Terrace is not useable from noon till sunset, since there is no shade on it.
Kitchen is very poorely equiped, almost none cookware.
Apartment was not cleaned well prior our stay.
Some damaged parts of furniture which were not repaired.

Good apartment that could be a great apartment.
Excellent location, peaceful, 3 mins to beach, 7 mins to town. easy key pick up from lock box, modern furnishings, good Wi-Fi, roomy apartment. A nice place to stay but could be improved by things below to make it a great place to stay.
Shower needs a screen or curtain to stop water going everywhere. 3 coat hangers in huge wardrobe. Drawer under hob is difficult to open. Terrace chairs very worn and airer rusty. Pipes coming out of walls left are unsightly but not a problem.

Great family holiday
Location is perfect. 4 minutes to the beach, few more minutes to the old town. 1 minute to Plodine supermarket.
We arrived early so we called the owner if we can leave our car there and go around. In 5 minutes very kind lady came and let us in the apartment. Apartment is big, clean, perfect for a family. We didn't have to bring a bed for our baby as they provided one. This was a big plus for me. And also it is possible to fully darken the room. There was no baby chair but we managed. Kitchen has everything you need, even a dishwasher, soap, garbage bags ... everything! There are some parts in the apartment that are left unfinished (probably for heating) but it didn't bother us. Balcony is spacious and very usefull. Only thing was we had to wash the floor on the balcony as it vas very dusty and our feer were all brown. Bathroom is fine, just shower was a bit funny as it was imposible to have running water on just one element of the shower. Washingmachine was a great surpirse! There are 2 ACs, working perfectly.
We are planning to come back soon.

Superb
Great apartment - close to the beach (4 min walk), close to the city center (up to 10 min by walk). Our third time in Fazana, first time in this apartment, but not last time. We will come back also next year. Apartment was clean, the area around is very quite. Parking in front of the house. Market is also cca 3-4 min of walking. There are two beach bars very close and good restaurant directly on the beach. Regarding equipment - everything functional (washing machine, dishwasher). I definitely recommend this accommodation
The only thing I can complain about is that after arrival, a window was broken in one of the bathrooms. I understand that this may happen, but the owner promised that the window would be repaired within 1-2 days and this did not happen during our entire stay.

Great location, nice kitchen, friendly host.
Bad wifi, they said it works only in the bathroom but not really. We were traveling with kids, they didn't have a children's highchair although we ask for it. And don't expect too much TV time.

A környezet szép, közel van a strand és bolt.
Foglaláskor jeleztem, hogy 9-10 óra között érkeznénk a szállásra, melyet azonnal el is fogadtak. Több mint 7 órát utaztunk, hajnali 3 órakor indultunk, hogy időben el tudjuk foglalni a szállást!
Sajnos érkezéskor szembesültünk vele, hogy arra a szállásra, ahová mi érkeztünk, akkor pakoltak még csak ki az előző nyaralók.
Felhívtuk a szálláson feltüntetett telefonszámokat, ebből a gondnok, nevezett Milan vette fel, aki angolul egyáltalán nem tudott! Nehezen tudtuk vele megértetni, hogy mi 9-10 órára kértük a szállást, melyet ők el is fogadtak! Próbáltuk fordítón keresztül megértetni magunkat, melyet nagyjából fel is fogott, de az a bánásmód, és hogy milyen flegma volt velünk a gondnok... Köpködött, össze - vissza magyarázott, hogy menjünk addig másik szállásra, vagy találjuk fel magunkat valahogy máshogy! Könyörgöm, több mint 7 órát utaztunk, szerettünk volna csak kipakolni, fürödni egyet és lefeküdni egy kicsit pihenni. Kénytelenek voltunk mást kitalálni, míg 14.00-ig!!! kitarították az apartmant!
Miután megkaptuk a kulcsokat, jelezte a gondnok, Milan, hogy a klímák ,,majd beindulnak,,! Hát, nem jött össze!!! A klímák egyáltalán nem működnek, bekapcsolni be lehet őket, de a benti hőmérsékletet keringeti csak! 3 napi a tetőtérben, klíma nélkül, 38 fokban... hát, nem kellemes érzés!
A takarításról nem is beszélve...hogy mi tartott 4 órán keresztül, míg varakoznunk kellett? Szerintem semmi... Az egész lakást tiszta retek volt! Se fel porszívózva, se felmosva! A mosdókról inkább nem is nyilatkoznék, mert tiszta szar és húgy volt mindkét fürdőszobában!
Felmosó, porszívó de még egy söprű sincs.
Egyedül az ágynemű, és a törölközők voltak tiszták, ezen kívül semmi más!
A konyhában az étkező széken a huzatok ragadnak, tiszta zsír minden! ALAP felszereltség lenne a mikró!!! Itt még az sincs...
A nappaliban a kanapé szintén ragad a zsírtól!
Nyaralni mentünk volna... hát, így nem igazán volt kellemes!
Részünkről nem ajánlom senkinek a szállást!

Wohnung schlecht nur die Lage schön.
Die Ferienwohnung ist im schlechten Zustand. Es ist muffig und stinkt nach Abfluss. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer verliert Kondenswasser alles tropft die Wand runter ganze Fensterbank voller Wasser.Waschmaschine voller Schimmel mussten erst alles putzen. Die Möbel alt und kaputt. Terrasse dreckig. Keine vernünftige Kissen und Decken. Für den Preis Frechheit.

Kein ausreichender Parkplatz. Esstisch sehr abgenutzt. Funktioniert weder Fernseher noch Internet. Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Bettwäsche war mit Schimmel- und Urinflecken. Nach der Reklamation nur umgedreht. Das haben wir nach der zweiten Nacht herausgefunden und sind danach nach Hause gefahren, obwohl wir vier Tage bezahlt haben.

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, rugalmasság, hogy mindenképpen mindenki kényelmesen elférjen. Minden szinte méterekre elérhető: étterem, part, bevásárlóközpont.
A világ legolcsóbb klímaberendezés típusa van felszerelve, a tetőtérben egyik sem működött, csak hibaüzenettel. Ezért vontam le az értékelésből.

Ač na první dojem vypadá vse perfektne
bohužel tak neni:
odpad ve sprše jsme museli vyčistit,jinak neodtekala voda,podlaha nevytrena(pri setření po ukapnuti šťávy úplně cerny ubrousek),struhadlo a kuch.nuz rozbity přesto k dispozici pro používání,v menším pokoji rozbita klimatizace,velmi špatná Wi-Fi
-chybějící (zehlicka,fen)a nefunkční spotrebice(toastovac)vse uvedeno v popisu jako vybavení
-nedokončené stavební upravy(bylo již zmíněno u ostatních recenzi),lehký nepořádek kolem celého objektu
