El barrio es súper céntrico, pero muy tranquilo a la vez, perfecto para olvidarse del coche y recorrer Ávila a pie. Tiene Netflix. Espaciosa y acogedora. Cocina completa. Buena limpieza. Fácil de refrescar por la noche con la corriente de varías ventanas.
Sofá insufrible, más incómodo imposible. Incómodo estar subiendo al baño arriba, demasiadas escaleras y diferentes alturas.. La TV falla constantemente.

The position was excellent and the apartment very nice in itself.
Unfortunately in the heat wave with only one fan it was far too hot. Having to carry the pedestal fan upstairs in order to sleep was difficult. We had trouble with being locked out and then being locked in the bathroom in extreme heat. The washing machine door jammed and wouldn't open. Eventually after trying many things suggested by internet, I got it opened, late at night.

Moi limpa. Decoración castelá moi coidada e con moi bo gusto. Preto do centro e con fácil aparcamento. Todo tipo de electrodomésticos pequenos e grandes.
Moita calor acumulada (agosto, 33 graos). Faría falta un sistema de frío no verán, máis aló do ventilador.

Bem localizado. Decoração vintage. Na cozinha tinha todas as comodidades relativamente a electrodomésticos. O sistema de abertura da porta no check in. O proprietário foi célere na resposta a dúvidas.
Apartamento sem privacidade em relação quartos (sem portas) casa de banho sem arejamento ( a clarabóia não abria) e não muito prático para quem não ficava no quarto onde estava localizada a casa de banho.Havia algum pó nos moveis.
