There's no elevator. It might be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying heavy luggage and have a room on the third floor. But there is conveyor belt to help you bring it from 1st floor to 2nd floor.

An excellent place to spend the night when flying through Incheon airport (ICN). It is a short walk from the Unseo station, a 7-minute train ride from the airport. The house is very clean. The room is reasonably sized, the air conditioning keeps it pleasantly cool, and the bed is comfortable. The house offers a shared kitchen and laundry machine. The owner is friendly and helpful. He took me to the airport early the next morning (for a small charge). There are many restaurants a short walk away.

One must walk upstairs to the second floor to reach the rooms. (A cargo belt lifts the luggage.) My room did not have a window, though other rooms do.

It was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

A message was sent with details about how to unlock the front door and room door, but it was only sent about three hours before my arrival at the guest house. I was only in South Korea overnight for a flight transfer and hadn’t arranged internet access for my phone, so when I got to the property at 10pm, I thought that I wouldn’t be able to access my email account containing the check-in details. Fortunately I could access the property’s wifi from outside the front door, but it was a worrying moment. Perhaps you could make the check-in process clearer at an earlier stage so people could check the information at the airport before going to the guest house. The YouTube video showing access from the local station was very useful, but there is very poor lighting in the area, so I almost missed the property. Perhaps an illuminated sign might be helpful?
