    Easy commute from the airport. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast is included.

    Customer service was top notch! Our flight came past midnight and we got to the hotel before 3 am in the morning the night clerk welcomed us even assisted us with our bags brought extra towels up promptly once requested we didn’t feel Lost and alone in a foreign city. Shower and toilet are top notch and even better than 4 or 5 star hotels. Will definitely stay here again!

    Extremely disappointing stay. The front desk staff was unfriendly and completely unwelcoming—no greeting at all when we walked in. We were clearly struggling with our luggage while traveling with an elderly person and a baby, yet the staff just sat there and ignored us. He only acknowledged us after I approached the counter to check in. The room was also below expectations. Lighting was very dim, and none of the buttons (including the air conditioner) had any English labels, making it unnecessarily difficult to use basic facilities. Overall, poor service and lack of basic hospitality. Would not recommend.
