La posizione è strategica per visitare i posti più belli dell'Abruzzo e tranquillissima, lontano dal caos cittadino. Inoltre, ci si sente letteralmente a casa! Il posto è molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli, oltre ad essere fornito di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole.
Migliorabile il bagno con qualche ripiano e contenitore aggiuntivo. Magari anche una doccetta accanto al water in assenza del bidet sarebbe gradita. Ma comunque tutto molto curato e pulito.
