Location near Pescara, but quiet, in the countryside. A house on a hill with a great view. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Secure parking. Clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and travelled in the area, for some sightseeing beyond Pescara.
If you have large heavy luggage, it is not easily accessible to the room. Reason access to rooms is via spiral stairs. Fine for small hand luggage. We left our larger luggage in the car, not a problem because of the secure parking.

Really nice host that tries to make sure all is great for you. The place is a bit locked in the 80s but it’s really special and they have a beautiful garden. Overall it was a fine experience.
I think the plastic ware for all breakfast is not a great experience. The room felt a bit dusty as well

Beautiful house with a fantastic view on Pescara (I loved seeing the sunset there!). The owner Lou made me feel home and was very happy to talk in English, me too :)
The room was just too hot in the night, I guess it was because of the extreme temperatures of those days but I could not sleep most of the night. In the room there is a fan but it was noisy and got hot in a few minutes, there is also air conditioning but there was no remote to turn it on.

Family owned B&B and really friendly staff. A former airline hostess is running the B&B and serving a first-class breakfast. Excellent location with great view.
Water pressure to the shower was low, because the building is located on a hill top.
