Gestito con dedizione e attenzione da Fabrizio e consorte, camera comoda e ben climatizzata. Da pagare a parte la colazione, che comunque vale il prezzo speso. Fantastica la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente in un grande spazio alle spalle della struttura. Posizione comoda, a piedi in pochi minuti si raggiungono la pineta e poi il mare.
Le pareti un po' sottili e la zona comune molto vicina alle stanze fanno si che non ci sia la silenziosità ottimale per un momento di riposo.

La posizione, la pulizia e la colazione.La stanza era pulita e il letto comodissimo. Ho apprezzato la presenza di parcheggio con vkdeosorveglianza e il servizio colazione cortese e impeccabile. Tanti prodotti.
Il rumore esterno purtroppo la stanza affacciava su strada rumorosa ed essendo gli infissi un po datati ho avuto difficolta' a riposare.

Breakfast was adequate for an overnight stay. Our hostess prepared fresh, warm croissants.
It had a kitchenette with range and oven, but there were no pots and pans to cook with and no silverware or flatware to eat food with. There is no point to have a stove/oven if there are no cooking utensils or silverware to eat with.
