Apartment was next to 7 eleven and a convenient store.
The location is not accurate. The hosts changed the location of our stay one day before check-in. The wash machine left grey spotty marks on white clothing.

Cannot comment as we were swapped to a different hotel at the last minute.
We were moved to the Premier Botanica as there was no longer a room for us. We were told it was better. It was clean, in a similar location and had equivalent facilities in the room, however the beds were like futons (on the floor) and the room looked more basic which is not what the photos showed for the Kirakuan. The owner arranged to meet us as there was no one at reception and she could only accept cash payment (so it was lucky we had brought cash with us since we had just flown in from Australia and it was late in the evening).

We loved everything about our stay here. Our host was friendly. The check-in process was easy. It was a great location for our family before flying out of HCMC. A great stay and we would stay again.
