Serviced Apartment at Republic Plaza - Pool & City View, near T3 airport Tan Son Nhat

Location, facilities, comfy bed.

Not that clean, sofa was as hard as a rock.

I'd like everything. Nice location, close to the airport, nice room, comfy beds, nice pool, good dining in the area, for sure would come again.

Nothing.

This apartment was close to the airport which was very convenient. It was great to be able to self cater and rest. It was part of a larger complex which had a pool and two restaurants as well as a Seven 11 to stock up on basic food supplies. The bed was very comfortable. The city view was expansive. The aircon was helpful. Self check in went smoothly with instructions from the host. The washing machine was really good. Our host was available for queries on WhatsApp. The internet was fast!

Here are some simple suggestions - More pillows would have been better. More crockery would have been helpful for two people. Some instructions for the tv would have been useful. Cash payment was necessary as no credit card service was available but there was an ATM nearby. The dining table needs refreshing. We needed taxis to go into the city, which didn't always come to the right location, so be sure to realise there are different entrances for vehicle pick-ups. That said, the apartment was very cosy, relaxing and we really enjoyed our four night stay. We would recommend it for convenience to the airport and comfort.

Nice furnishings and modern feel; comfortable bed; large space.

No key was left for check in and had to get help. The girls on the desk downstairs were unfriendly. Furthermore, uncomfortable lounge; TV doesn’t work despite trying to get the owner to fix; lack of kitchen/bath items; coffee, tea selection,kitchen implements,shampoo etc; misleading facilities (no sauna). I was asked for cash in the room to pay for the accommodation and there was no option to pay with card which was inconvenient. No receipt was offered.
