The location in Ostiense was great to access the station and was not too far from seeing the main attractions of Rome. It had a kitchenette with a stovetop and dishes/pans which made it easy to prepare food for our stay. It was clean and tidy and comfortable.

Explanations on how to enter and exit without the key were not given, so we were left unsure of the check out protocol when it came to leaving keys inside and being able to open doors without them. They only have two small rolls of toilet paper for our stay for 4 days, which wasn’t enough. Although kitchenette was well equipped with dishes, it would have been helpful for the salt and pepper to be restocked so we could avoid buying unnecessary amounts for our short stay - the salt was almost empty and the pepper only came in corns that we could not grind. On check in, the man who helped us into the property and gave us a run down of the amenities was a little rude when I confirmed the checkout procedures saying “that is information you should know”.

Sarebbe opportuno far trovare alle persone che soggiornano almeno due bottigliette d'acqua (dopo 6 ore di treno sarebbero state molto gradite).
