The apartment is located at a very nice neighborhood. Although the apartment itself is very small but it has a good vibe so we liked it. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to prepare some simple breakfast for us. There are nice Tapas Bars in the street for example the "Bodeguita el 24". Despite this apartment is at the other side of the canal from the old town most of the sights are in walking distance. We had a very good time here.
The bathroom is very small and not properly ventilated. Humidity can be felt throughout the whole apartment. Mould stains on the bathroom ceiling so something should be done with the ventilation. The shower cabin is so small that I could hardly fit in (192 cm tall, 75 kg) so this place is definitely not for people with overweight. The air conditioner is old and loud, it doesn't have a "silent" function for sleeping, would be nice to replace it.
