Perfect for solo/couples.

Comfy bed, nice self contained apartment. The staff were really friendly. The shower wasn’t working on arrival, once reported to the staff they sent an electrician straight away. It was back working within the hour.

Lovely host in a near perfect location.

The host and owner Nim and his family were a delight. Met me upon arrival, smooth check-in and gave an overview of the facilities and even gave me a brief ride down to the pool area. The pool is very large and found the surrounding area very relaxing. Nice location to watch the sunset with sunbeds provided. Laundry was very rapid - done within a day and checked to see if everything was ok - which it was. Located conveniently next to 7/11 and other services. Tour desk and transport options to book with them. Great stay. Thank you !

I was allowed to use the swimming pool at another guesthouse, just 200 meters away by the seaside — it was great.

The shower required me to hold the hose while using it, which I didn’t particularly enjoy.

Great location. Friendly owner, good English speaking too. Large (dated) rooms for reasonable price.

Based on the other reviews, we rolled the dice on staying here, but unfortunately it was the worst place we have every stayed on the island. Maybe everyone else had different rooms, but ours was terrible. The room was so hot and noisy it was impossible to sleep. Either the A/C was blowing warn the entire time, or it was unable to cool the room due to all of the openings. The noise was not from the street, but from the numerous gecko's/lizards in the room (I counted 5 out of reach above the A/C alone)-I don't know if it is mating season or what, but wow...

We loved our AC, Refrigerator and smart TV! The location is great: 1 minute to the closest 711 and 5 min from the beach and pool, where you can enjoy the sun with a fresh fruit shake!

wow! where do I start! was just amazing. room was very big and bathroom nice too. only a 3 minute walk to the swimming pool (from the next hotel). the beach is also there, plenty of sun beds and can get food from there too. 7 eleven is next door. amazing restaurant opposite (kurimind tamarind). the family are lovely and their daughter so cute. they will go above and beyond for you. organised our transport to ao nang

my only minor issue was it wasn’t cleaned during our 6 night stay however this didn’t bother us at all. we had to ask for new toilet rolls but wasn’t a hassle. nothing bad to say

Everything! Location is great, rooms are big and clean. Hosts are amazing, very warm, helpful and they speak really good english. Swimming pool is bigger and nicer than at pictures, 200m to the beach, one minute to 7/11. They have also amazing cat Boo so give her some cuddles while you there.

Cheap but not well maintained

We got an “upgrade” to a room in an adjacent hotel because the hotel was fully booked for our stay. We could use the pool from the resort.

The upgrade room was ok but rather worn out. The fridge was rusty. The bathroom was smelling and WiFi did not work very well. With some maintenance this could have been a nice room.

Rooms were big and had fridge and kitchen area with toaster. Out of general resort area and quiet. Not even roosters. Full use of resort on beach pool. Family nice and helpful and took good care of us without be intrusive. A great place for longer stays. Also convent location.

Tout à deux pas !

Les personnes sont absolument charmantes et toujours prêtes à rendre service. Ils nous ont organisé plusieurs visites avec transport collectif pour des visites organisées et aussi des transports privés pour aller visiter librement ce que l'on a souhaité, le tout, tickets d'entrée compris pour un prix trés modeste et un service impécable, vous pouvez leur faire une totale confiance. Le logement est assez spacieux et bien équipé. Pas le grand luxe mais confortable et propre. Un micro onde, des assiettes et couverts seraient un plus pour pouvoir prendre ses repas dans le logement si on le souhaite. L'équipement actuel suffit pour le petit déjeuner. Certains trouveront l'environnement un peu bruyant car assez près de la route principale. En contrepartie, tous les commerces (vêtements, bar, resraurants, locations de scooter + un 7eleven sont à deux pas (de 30m à 200m). La piscine est à 4mn à pieds, près de la plage, avec autour, restaurants, bars et massages en semi plein air. J'ai tout dit, mais nous, on a vraiment apprécié.

La route assez près et parfois un peu bruyante selon sa sensibilité.

Ich bin schon das 2te Mal da und komme wieder

Super schoenes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.Sehr guenstig.Der 7Seven Eleven ist zwar gerade im Bau aber auch direkt daneben das weiss ich noch vom letzten Jahr.Sehr hilfbereite Mitarbeiter.Waesche kann auch hleich daneben waschen lassen und der Strand ist auch nur 5min zu Fuss erreichbar.

Großes Zimmer, etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Gardinen des Fensters zum Gang (draußen) musste man zu haben, da sonst ins Zimmer geschaut werden konnte. Fußläufig zum Wasser, Restaurant, Liegen und Pool in der dazugehörten Hotelanlage zum mitbenutzen.

Vorsicht bei der Zimmerauswahl

Achtung - es sind zwei verschiedene Unterkünfte, die aktuell beide unter "Prukrom Lanta Guesthouse" zu finden sind. Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung war nicht transparent dargestellt, was man bekommt und es gab nicht ein einziges Foto vom Badezimmer der alten Unterkunft! Es gab hauptsächlich Fotos der neuen Unterkunft und keine Zuteilung, was wozu gehört. Das Bad ist sehr alt, im Zimmer gibt es an der "Terrassentür" einen ca 1 cm breiten Spalt, der sich nicht schließen lässt sowie unten eine weitere rechteckige große Öffnung. Durch beides kommt Luft und können Tiere reinkommen. Die Vorhänge an allen Seiten sind dünn und lassen sich nicht über die Fenster-/Türbreiten hinausziehen, sodass (seitlich) immer Licht reinkommt und reingeguckt werden kann. Als ich nach Ankunft sah, dass ich was anderes erhielt, als ich erwartet hatte und es meinem Nachbarn genauso ging, entschied ich mich abzureisen und mir eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Die Frau an der Rezeption war absolut unhöflich und uneinsichtig und hat mir gesagt, ich muss das selber mit booking klären und sie wüsste nicht, welche Möglichkeiten es gäbe. Als ich die Buchung storniert habe über booking kam angeblich einige Minuten keine Meldung bei ihr an - als sie dann da war tat sie so, als könne sie die Buchung nicht kostenfrei stornieren und zeigte mir ein Foto der eingegangen Nachricht. Zum Glück gibt es Foto-Übersetzer und nachdem ich die Bookingmeldung, die sie erhalten hatte, welche auf thailändisch war, abfotografiert und übersetzen lassen habe, wusste ich, dass sie es mit dem Setzen vom Kreuz an der richtigrn Stelle doch kostenfrei stornieren konnte. Das tat sie dann erst nach meiner Anweisung. Absolut nicht entgegenkommend. All mein Geld habe ich übrigens trotzdem nicht wiederbekommen. Die Standorte beider Unterkünfte unterscheiden sich, weshalb mir unschlüssig ist, dass beide unter demselben Namen geführt werden (dürfen). Es ist einfach nur verwirrend. Eins ist Neubau, eins alt.

la piscina esta a unos 200m, tiene junto a ella un bar y vistas al mar, cuando la marea esta alta esta muy bonito. La habitacion bastante grande, la cama comoda y grande. Poco mas que decir, se necesita moto para todo, esta isla no tiene un centro como tal, recomiendo alquilar la moto directamente desde el puerto a la llegada para ahorrarse el taxi (si vais con mochilas)
