This hotel is well maintained. Close to other businesses, such as restaurants and convenience stores. The room is spacious and clean. It is quiet in general. The bed is soft and very comfortable. There is some ocean view, although remotely. Not many guests in this season. It is not far from the beach. However, the beach is not clean. I like the laundry service. I was surprised to see that all the clothes were well folded.
One problem: for all T-shirts that I place on the rack on the balcony, all of them had some yellow stain next day.

Close to eateries, clean room with balcony, nice relax vibe! Motorcycle rental at 250 Thai baht per day, bike condition quite old but still in working condition. Good enough to ride around the island!
