The accommodation is very well situated and very close to the Vatican and also nearby to a large High Street shopping area, with access to Local Bus stops. The area felt very safe at nighttime too. The room was extremely spacious and clean and provided everything you needed, plenty of hanging space, safe etc. The shower and bathroom had been upgraded recently and were impeccably clean and I liked the attention to detail with the LED mood lighting and the multi mode shower which was great. The host John was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, he was also very knowledgeable and always tried his best to answer our questions and provide an opinion on transport and things to see and do in Rome.
The only slight awkward thing was that our room/bathroom backed straight onto the kitchen area, where breakfast was served, but this was only a minor problem.

Location is good.
Fridge in the room doesn't keep anything cool. Aircon was also disappointing.
